Delete Your Account

Applies to the NowLive app · top.nowlive.app

You can ask us to delete your NowLive account and the personal data attached to it at any time. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason.

No account? Nothing to delete. NowLive can be used without registering. If you never created an account, we hold no personal data about you — uninstalling the app removes the preferences stored on your device.

How to request deletion

Send an email to privacy@nowlive.top with the subject “Delete my NowLive account”.
Send it from the email address registered to the account, so we can verify the request is yours.
We confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

What may be retained, and for how long

Server access logs containing IP addresses are kept for a limited period for security and abuse prevention, then discarded automatically.
Records we are legally required to keep are retained only for as long as the law requires.

Neither can be used to reconstruct your account.

Data stored on your device

Your language, theme and onboarding selections live only on your phone. Deleting the account does not erase them. To remove them, uninstall the app, or clear its storage from your device settings.
